Just this year, AGC of America launched our chapter’s program, Culture of CARE, nationally. As a chapter, we are beyond thrilled to see this program take flight across the country, and wish to celebrate that success back here where it started -- with you! We have invested in more resources to assist our companies elevate diversity, inclusion and CARE in their workplaces to end everyday racism and sexism on the job.

We invite you to spend time during Awareness Week (July 6-10) by renewing your commitment to Culture of CARE, and celebrating with your employees. On Wednesday, July 8, we encourage you to use one of our new Toolbox Talk and posters (How to Speak Up) or one of our existing Toolbox Talks sheets to discuss ways that every person can foster a Culture of CARE on the job. You can also demonstrate your commitment to our industry and community by sharing photos to your social media accounts with the hashtag #AGCCultureofCARE and tagging us on our new Instagram page @AGCCultureofCARE. You can also raise awareness by showing one of our feature videos to your team.

Raise awareness and engagement on the job by using our new Awareness Week poster, and use the new small format porta-potty posters that encourage employees to engage personally and privately in topics like mental health (including specific posters for LGBTQ and people-of-color communities).

We also invite you to tell your story or your company’s story through our new portal or by posting and tagging us on social media, so that we may celebrate your efforts to end everyday racism and sexism on the job.

You can find everything you need to celebrate Culture of CARE Awareness Week on the Culture of CARE websites at AGC of Washington and AGC of America, or use these handy links to start today!
