During session, when issues come up and we need to ask members to contact their legislator(s), we will send out a call-to-action request. We always provide a letter that you can just send to your legislator(s) or you can choose to personalize the letter. When you sign-up, it matches you with your legislators, so you don’t even need to know who they are. With just a few clicks, you can help make those contacts. To sign-up to receive our

New economic-impact cards now available AGC has just published our updated Economic Impact cards -- quick-reference cards covering the significant economic impact that the construction industry has in Washington state. In fiscal year 2018, more than 272,600 people were employed by the construction industry, which is 10% of the total private-sector workforce. The construction industry paid 21%
($3.2 billion) of all state sales and B&O taxes in 2018 -- and more than $1.1 billion in local sales taxes. These cards are a great way to share with elected officials and candidates the impact that the construction industry has in Washington State and on local governments.
